Verifiable Signal History
Every signal generated by Cipher Edge is hashed and anchored on Base L2 before the market outcome is known — then timestamped on Bitcoin via OpenTimestamps. No editing, no cherry-picking. Independently verifiable.

Verify a Root by Date
Enter a date (YYYY-MM-DD) to see its Merkle root and on-chain anchor. For individual signal verification, run Cipher Edge locally and use the built-in verifier.
How It Works
Step 01
Signal Generated
When a signal fires, its canonical form is SHA-256 hashed and recorded — before the market outcome is known.
Step 02
Merkle Tree Built
All signals from each day are combined into a Merkle tree. The root represents the complete day's signals in 32 bytes.
Step 03
Anchored on Base L2
The Merkle root is written to the Base blockchain as transaction calldata. The block timestamp proves when the signals existed.
Step 04
Bitcoin OTS
The same root is submitted to OpenTimestamps public calendars, creating a Bitcoin-backed timestamp. Verify with the open-source
ots CLI.
